For best results ensure: 

• On the first use of your candle ensure the wax burns to the edge of the vessel  creating an even layer of wax, this will prevent tunnelling.
• Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, never leave a burning a candle unattended. 
• Trim the wick between burns maximum height 1/2 cm.
